  I booked to get my make-up done for a special occasion at 9am, however when I arrived at the store (Frasers) the doors were locked and the opening times were from 9.30am. I managed to attract the attention of the girls on the CT counter who told me to come back at 9.30am, this was frustrating as I had booked the appointment to allow myself time to get ready for the event I was going to. I then had to wait 30 mins in my car and go back, however the make-up itself was lush and the girls on the counter were friendly. However, I am still unsure how I was allowed to book before the opening time and probably something that needs to be looked into for future customers.

  Betty helped me in store today, she matched me up to a foundation perfectly and then upgraded me to a complimentary Quick & Easy service. I had such a lovely time and she made me feel so comfortable. Every other retail artist was also very kind and welcoming to me and my friends who I came with. The counter was clean and sparkling too! Definitely will be returning 🥰

  Lovely atmosphere and the girls are so welcoming and friendly 😍 would definitely recommend! Had my makeup done by Shannon and she is amazing 🤩 she really listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions, and helped me feel so confident with the final look. Such a great experience overall ✨

  I adore the products from Charlotte Tilbury, it also helps that the staff are knowledgeable of the products that I specifically need whilst going through the Menopause. Betty Pitt has given me brilliant advice and I will most certainly keep using them daily and at nighttime. Thank you🙏🏻

  Always have the most stunning time with the girls on the counter! So friendly and welcoming, perfect recommendations and the counter is always clean and tidy! Basically visit weekly at this point ☺️ can’t recommend the team enough 🫶🏽Xxx
